Features approximately 5.25 carats in total of old cut diamonds (37 diamonds), in a graduated arrangement with the largest diamonds at the center of the horseshoe. The diamond are estimated to have F-H colors and VS clarities. The Edwardian horseshoe has been converted from a brooch to a pendant, suspended between contemporary 14K yellow gold chain.
